I have over 40 years of real estate experience by taking basic real estate courses while attending college in Fresno and at Bakersfield CSU. After serving in the USMC, I begain my career as a banker and real estate loan manager for banks such as Washington Mutual and First Bank in Roseville, CA. I retired at First Bank with a commerical loan portfolio of over $180 million.

My personal investments included partnerships in entiities that included the build out and sale of apartments and 22 single family residences in Northern California. My work and personal investing allowed me to gain exeptional experience in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate.
