New Real Estate Agent Training Sacramento

Approximately once per month, Better Homes Realty of Granite Bay offers a 5-night training program for new prospective real estate agents interested in joining our Sacramento regional team.  There is no cost, but we do have the following minimum requirements:

  1. Completion of the California Real Estate Principles Course and Enrollment in the remaining courses for your real estate license.
  2. Sufficient personal reserves to facilitate a transition to the real estate industry.
  3. Social, business, or family contacts that can assist you in initially marketing your services to begin building your clientele.
  4. Strong work ethic and good basic business acumen.
  5. Desire to own and run your own business.

Our program is scheduled across a two week period of 2-3 evenings per week, approximately 2 hours per evening with an average class size of 4-5 new agents.  
With the real estate industry recovering, we are very interested in expanding our staff and will continue to acquire 4-5 new agents per month for our Granite Bay office.
